iiTracker - Usage stats for iinet customers
Version 1.9, released 6/12/2009
I provide this program free of charge "AS IS". I make no guarantees to the accuracy of the information provided, it is simply taken from iinet's XML feed.
Installation and Usage
When you first start the application you will see the setup screen below.
Simply enter your username and password and then click 'Save Changes'. This will save your details and query iinet to download your current usage stats.
You can also select between a few different skins for the application, set the auto refresh time, and choose whether to have the application start minimised to the windows tray (this is useful if you add the program to the startup group, to start with windows).
Once this is done you can use the three stats icons ('General Information', 'Monthly Usage Graph' and 'Tabulated Data').. All shown below, I have taken these screenshots using a few of the different skins to give an idea of how you can change the look of the program.
There are historical feeds available for usage graphs and tables. Just choose the month from the drop down and click the 'Query' button. You can also export the graph or table to a Microsoft Excel file from these screens.
When you close the application with the 'x' in the top right hand corner it will minimise down to a tray icon (bottom right corner of the windows taskbar).. You can then click on it with the left mouse button and it will show a summary of the information available. If you want to bring the full application back up simply click on the 'show application' button. You can also refresh the data or shut down the entire application from here.

- Smaller but less annoying popup on tray icon mouse over. Less sensitive so more like an average tray icon popup.
- Internal change to hopefully solve a problem with some peoples passwords that contain special characters.
- Save settings should be easier on very low res screens, still more work needed to make the rest of the program more small screen friendly.
- Show application from tray didn't always bring the app into focus, should be fixed now.
- Export to xls from the 'historical graphs' screen wasn't working.

- Add information in a small popup that fades in 8 seconds that comes up by just hovering the mouse over the tray icon.
- Adding links to my new website and also a direct link to log you into the iinet website toolbox.
- Better handling of errors supplied by iinet when trying to refresh data.
- Changed setup executable name to reflect the version.

Version 1.2 - 12/05/2009
- Installer fixed (if you are using version 1.1 please go to 'Control Panel', 'Add/Remove Programs' and remove 'SetupiiTracker' before installing this version) future versions will not require this, just install over the top with the update..
- Business plans should work now, also customised titles to show 'anytime' rather than 'peak' including tray popup.
- True/False now Yes/No for shaped
- Alternating row colours in grid (tabulated data) for better readability
- Last Updated is now in the tray popup information
- If you right click on the column totals at the bottom of the tabulated data you can change the summary from total to min, max or average.
- Future days not shown in the tabulated data, made the step above much more simple, and I think helps the graphs as don't have so much empty space.
- 'IP Held since' is formatted better.
- Added 'combined' usage to the tabulated data
- Fixed bug in tabulated view (kept growing.. oops)
